The enrollment table with formulas adds the numbers in the rows to give the number in the right hand column (where the row totals are). Put in your numbers, put your cursor over the '0' in the right column of that row, right click and choose the "update field" choice. The total should change. The column subtotals must still be done manually, but can be checked against the row subtotals.
