   Proposal Description:
   Specific Aim 1: To develop the regression model for the summary statistic of a three-way ROC surface to detect diseases with three status or stages that are clinical defined. Especially, we propose to apply this to aging studies in which the disease outcome are often not binary.      Specific Aim 2: Analyze the National Alzheimer's Disease Centers (ADCs) data accessed from the National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center (NACC) using the method in Aim 1, and determine the best single biomarkers and combination of biomarkers for detecting trichotomous status of dementia due to AD.
